RFID : le Suédois Assa Abloy acquiert le Tchèque LUX-IDent
Spécialiste de la sécurité pour le contrôle d’accès, les technologies d’identification et l’automatisation des portes, le groupe Assa Abloy annonce l’acquisition du Tchèque LUX-IDent, un fournisseur de composants RFID. Fondé en 2002, LUX-Ident emploie 145 personnes et devrait réaliser un chiffre d’affaires de l’ordre de 17 millions d’euros.
Le groupe Assa Abloy a été fondé en 1994, à la suite de la fusion de la société suédoise Assa et de la société finlandaise Abloy. Depuis sa création en 1994, le groupe Assa Abloy emploie aujourd’hui plus de 47 500 personnes et affiche un chiffre d’affaires annuel de plus de 7,4 milliards d’euros.
Assa Abloy has signed an agreement to acquire LUX-IDent, a provider of radio frequency identification (RFID) components based in the Czech Republic. LUX-IDent was founded in 2002 and has some 145 employees. The main office is located in Lanškroun, Czech Republic. Sales for 2019 are expected to reach about CZK 440 million.
