L’Allemand Katek acquiert bebro electronic et eSystems MTG
Le groupe électronique munichois Katek annonce l’acquisition des sous-traitants bebro electronic et eSystems MTG. Les deux entités emploient environ 550 personnes pour un chiffre d’affaires de près de 90 millions d’euros.
The Munich-based electronics group Katek, a portfolio company of PRIMEPULSE, has acquired all shares of bebro electronic and eSystems MTG from MAGENWIRTH Technologies, Bad Urach, subject to the final review by the competition authorities.
The two companies will thus become the fourth and fifth members of the fast-growing Katek group of companies with the existing units Steca Elektronik, Katek and ETL Elektrotechnik Lauter at the Memmingen, Grassau and Mauerstetten locations.
bebro and eSystems employ 550 people and achieve a total output of almost 90 million euros. In addition to the classic EMS business, bebro has set up the subsidiary beflex electronic at its locations in Frickenhausen and Horni Sucha (Czech Republic) with a focus on measurement technology, industry and medicine. The fast growing beflex concentrates on the business with prototypes and small series, which are produced at the three locations Frickenhausen, Munich and Witten in close cooperation with the engineers of the customers. The independent eSystems develops solutions and systems in the field of electromobility for the world’s most renowned automobile manufacturers, such as the intelligent charging of electric vehicles as part of Smart Home and Smart Grid.
Katek is the Electronics division of the technology-oriented PRIMEPULSE group of companies based in Munich, Germany.
